I wasn’t always into fitness. In fact, I didn’t really find fitness until my late 20s. Up until then, I had struggled to find something that worked for me. I hated the training I received from men who talked down to me and I needed things broken down into more simple, digestible pieces.

In 2013, I fell in love with CrossFit, but completely burnt myself out with the culture of 2-a-days, strict dieting, and revolving around the gym. I learned a lot, but I wanted a functional program to follow that allowed me to use my strength for things outside the gym and jump into any adventure. I also had specific goals to accomplish that I wasn’t progressing towards in a group setting.

Once I combined correct form and techniques with the understanding of how to workout to be stronger for other parts of my life, my love for strength training took off! Now, I focus on being strong to live life to the fullest - I am able to rely on my body to hike, climb, and adventure anywhere I go. It’s an amazing feeling to sign up for a rock climbing adventure and KNOW you will be able to keep up and have fun.

I want you to find your love for lifting too - and use your fitness for something meaningful! This 8 week in-person strength training program is for women who are ready to get started on their weightlifting journey or continue it with more purpose, but don’t know where to start.

The Promise:

A 2x per week in-person strength training session for women who are ready to lift; guaranteed to give you the tools and feedback to stay injury-free while building muscle & jumpstarting or continuing your strength training journey.

How It Works

Step 1: Click any of the the “Apply Now!” buttons on this page. You will be redirected to a Google Form questionnaire where I will ask you brief questions about where you are starting and what you are looking to achieve.

Step 2: You will hear back from me within 1 week of submitting your application.

Step 3: Once you are accepted, we will schedule a 15 minute onboarding call so we can go over what to expect day 1.

Step 4: You will then show up on to the clinic on your start date and join your first strength training session with 1-3 other women. Together you will learn the proper form for the 6 foundational movements I use for my longevity strength training program and gain confidence lifting while surrounded by other like-minded women with similar goals.

Hands on, individualized coaching 2x per week (Tuesday & Thursday at 8am)

So you can learn proper form and technique and modifications specifically for your body to lift safely.

Access to TrueCoach app

So you can view your workouts, watch videos of movements, track your progress, and ask any questions about your program.

1 additional day of strength training programming designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specifically for women

So you can practice at home to build more confidence with the 6 foundational movement patterns.

So you can build community, ask questions, and chat with other like-minded women.

Meet Your Coach

I am Dr. Delilah, a doctor of physical therapy and avid weightlifter, fitness enthusiast, and adventurer. I am also the founder of Samson Strength & Performance PT, a physical therapy and performance optimization practice in Jacksonville, Florida.

I have worked in a variety of CrossFit boxes as a coach for over 12 years and have experience programming strength training, CrossFit, and Olympic Weightlifting for individuals as well as entire gyms. I have a passion for teaching women how to lift and pushing you towards your goals because I know first hand how empowering it can feel to have confidence in your body to do and try anything you want.

In my spare time, I enjoy cruising in the Jeep with my husband and 2 dogs, going on adventures, and trying new sports and activities. I also love admiring my jungle (plant collection), searching for the best donuts, and participating in yoga, pole and aerial silks.

The Price

$399 per month

This program is a monthly subscription of $399/month. I recommend that you commit to at least 3 months of the program in order to see progress and really get the most out of the sessions, BUT you may cancel at any time if it is no longer meeting your expectations. I just ask that you give me 30 days notice of your cancelation if you decide not to continue.

Whether you have never touched a barbell or you have experience lifting, but want to finally accomplish your goals - I got you. Come lift with me!

You’ve got questions, I’ve got answers…

  • This program is designed specifically for women who want to build strength, improve longevity, and gain confidence with lifting in a supportive, small-group environment. Whether you're a beginner or returning to strength training, this is a great place to start.

  • Each session includes up to 4 women, allowing for personalized coaching while still creating a motivating group environment.

  • The sessions take place at our clinic (408 Beach Blvd, Suite 104). You’ll train 2x per week on Tuesday and Thursday at 8am.

    • One 15-minute onboarding call

    • Two hands-on, semi-private sessions per week

    • Access to the TrueCoach app to track your progress and access videos and workouts

    • One additional strength training workout per week to do at home

    • Access to a private Facebook group for support and accountability

  • Once you click “Apply Now” and fill out the short Google Form, you’ll hear back from me within 1 week. If accepted, we’ll schedule your onboarding call to go over next steps, answer any questions, and choose your start date.

  • You’ll join a small group of like-minded women to learn proper form and technique for the 6 foundational movements that form the core of this strength training program. Expect a welcoming, hands-on environment focused on education and empowerment.

  • Not at all! This program is designed to meet you where you are. Each movement will be coached with individualized attention to ensure you feel safe, confident, and successful.

  • You’ll be learning and practicing key patterns that support functional strength and longevity, such as:

    • Squat

    • Hinge

    • Push

    • Pull

    • Single Leg Variations

    • Carries/Core stabilization
      Each movement will be tailored to your body’s needs and abilities.

  • You’ll receive one additional workout per week, designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, so you can reinforce what you’re learning in the clinic and continue to build strength between sessions.

  • Minimal equipment is needed. A pair of dumbbells, a resistance band, and some floor space will be plenty to get started with your at-home workouts.

  • You’ll be invited to join our private Facebook group, where you can:

    • Ask questions

    • Get feedback on workouts

    • Connect with other women in the program

    • Stay motivated and supported throughout the 8 weeks

  • Absolutely. The program is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who will ensure each movement is safely adapted for your unique body and any existing conditions.

  • We understand life happens! The sessions are not able to be made up in person, but we’ll do our best to accommodate a make-up option with a home workout and guide you through the missed content virtually.
