A monthly remote strength training membership for women 40+ who are ready to train with simple, purposeful workouts and build lasting strength for a life full of movement, freedom, and adventure.

I’ve seen a growing desire among women over 40 to get stronger—and for good reason. There’s so much research now showing how strength training can help maintain independence, reduce the risk of osteoporosis and falls, and even boost brain function as we age.

Women today know they need to get stronger, but many feel overwhelmed by all the information out there and don’t know where to start. They’re hesitant to figure it out on their own and worried about getting hurt.

I created Stronger for Life to be the supportive, simple, and safe program that fills this gap—helping women build real strength with confidence, so they can stay active and enjoy life fully in their 60s, 70s, and beyond.

How It Works

Step 1: Click any of the the “Get on the Interest List!” buttons on this page.

Step 2: As an Interest List-er, you will get first access to enrolling for the first training block of Stronger for Life and a special founder’s rate you keep for the entirety of your membership (until/unless you cancel).

Step 3: Once you enroll, you will gain access to the TrueCoach app to view your workouts, access videos of each movement, track your progress, and message me about any questions. During the program, you will have access to unlimited messaging via TrueCoach for any workout or form questions you have and you will have the ability to submit 2 videos per week for form checks.

Step 4: You will be invited to a private Facebook group to provide community space for accountability, encouragement, and questions.

Meet Your Coach

I am Dr. Delilah, a doctor of physical therapy and avid weightlifter, fitness enthusiast, and adventurer. I am also the founder of Samson Strength & Performance PT, a physical therapy and performance optimization practice in Jacksonville, Florida.

I have worked in a variety of CrossFit gyms as a coach for over 12 years and have experience programming strength training, CrossFit, and Olympic Weightlifting for individuals as well as entire gyms. I have a passion for teaching women how to lift and pushing you towards your goals because I know first hand how empowering it can feel to have confidence in your body to do and try anything you want.

In my spare time, I enjoy cruising in the Jeep with my husband and 2 dogs, going on adventures, and trying new sports and activities. I also love admiring my jungle (plant collection), searching for the best donuts, and participating in yoga, pole and aerial silks.

This program is a monthly subscription of $87/month. I recommend that you commit to at least 3 months of the program in order to see progress and really get the most out of the program, BUT you may cancel the program at any time if it is no longer meeting your expectations. I just ask that you give me 30 days notice of your cancelation if you decide not to continue.

  • This program is specifically designed for women 40 and up who want to build strength in a way that supports their lifestyle, longevity, and energy without feeling overwhelmed or out of place. Whether you’re new to strength training or getting back into it, this is for you.

  • You'll get simple, effective, and joint-friendly strength workouts that focus on foundational movement patterns; all with clear instructions and purpose behind every exercise. Expect 3 workouts per week, each lasting 45-60 minutes.

  • Not at all. This program is approachable and scalable, meaning you can start from where you are. You’ll receive guidance on how to modify movements and build strength progressively over time.

  • You'll need a few basics: a set of 2 dumbbells (moderate and heavy), a resistance band, hip bands, and a bench or sturdy surface. If you have access to more equipment (like kettlebells, barbells, or a full gym), you'll get guidance on how to make the most of it — but it's not required.

  • Everything is delivered remotely through a private training app called TrueCoach. You’ll receive your workouts each week, with video demos, coaching tips, and an easy-to-follow structure.

  • Strong for Life is specifically designed for the needs of women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond by a Doctor of Physical therapy with over 12 years of strength training coaching experience and expertise in helping women over 40 start to strength train in an approachable and intentional way. This isn’t about punishing workouts or chasing aesthetics. It’s about building a strong body that lets you keep doing what you love — for life.

  • Yes! You’ll have access to coaching support through in-app messaging, optional feedback on form, and a private community space for accountability, encouragement, and questions.

  • Yes, this is a monthly membership with no long-term commitment. Stay as long as it’s helping you feel stronger and more confident. I just ask that you give me 30 days notice of your cancellation if you decide not to continue.

  • Nope! The workouts are beginner-friendly and the app walks you through everything step by step with videos to all movements. You’ll learn proper form and gain confidence without feeling overwhelmed.

  • With consistent training, you can expect to feel stronger, move better, and notice more energy and confidence in your daily life. You may also find yourself sleeping better, noticing less aches and pains, and feeling more independent and capable in your daily life.
