I wasn’t always into fitness. In fact, I didn’t really find fitness until my late 20s. Up until then, I had struggled to find something that worked for me. I hated the training I received from men who talked down to me and I needed things broken down into more simple, digestible pieces.

In 2013, I fell in love with CrossFit, but completely burnt myself out with the culture of 2-a-days, strict dieting, and revolving around the gym. I learned a lot, but I wanted a functional program to follow that allowed me to use my strength for things outside the gym and jump into any adventure. I also had specific goals to accomplish that I wasn’t progressing towards in a group setting.

Once I combined correct form and techniques with the understanding of how to workout to be stronger for other parts of my life, my love for strength training took off! Now, I focus on being strong to live life to the fullest - I am able to rely on my body to hike, climb, and adventure anywhere I go. It’s an amazing feeling to sign up for a rock climbing adventure and KNOW you will be able to keep up and have fun.

I want you to find your love for lifting too - and use your fitness for something meaningful! This program is for women who are ready to get started on their weightlifting journey or continue it with more purpose, but don’t know where to start.

How It Works

Once you sign up we will schedule a 20 minute onboarding call via Zoom so you can share your goals, what you’ve done in the past, & what you want out of your program. I will build your programming based on your goals - if you want to increase strength for hikes, build more power for tennis, or just be able to lift your kids as they get older (and heavier) - I got you! You will then gain access to the TrueCoach app to view your workouts, access videos of each movement, track your progress, and message me about any questions. During the program, you will have access to unlimited messaging via TrueCoach for any workout or form questions you have and you will have the ability to submit 2 videos per week for form checks. We will have 20 minute check-ins each month via Zoom for goal progress and programming adjustments. During this program, you will gain the tools and feedback to stay injury-free while building muscle and reaching your personal goals.

3-5 days of programming designed specifically for you and delivered via a user-friendly phone app.

Access to TrueCoach app

So you can view your workouts, watch videos of movements, track your progress, and ask any questions about your program.

Unlimited messaging via TrueCoach

So you can communicate with me about programming needs and get questions answered quickly.

Ability to submit 2 videos per week

So you can be sure you are performing exercises correctly and with good form.

Monthly 20 minute check-ins via Zoom

So you can stay accountable and update me on your goal progress and discuss programming adjustments.

Meet Your Coach

I am Dr. Delilah, a doctor of physical therapy and avid weightlifter, fitness enthusiast, and adventurer. I am also the founder of Samson Strength & Performance PT, a physical therapy and performance optimization practice in Jacksonville, Florida.

I have worked in a variety of CrossFit boxes as a coach for over 12 years and have experience programming strength training, CrossFit, and Olympic Weightlifting for individuals as well as entire gyms. I have a passion for teaching women how to lift and pushing you towards your goals because I know first hand how empowering it can feel to have confidence in your body to do and try anything you want.

In my spare time, I enjoy cruising in the Jeep with my husband and 2 dogs, going on adventures, and trying new sports and activities. I also love admiring my jungle (plant collection), searching for the best donuts, and participating in yoga, pole and aerial silks.

The Price

$299/month

This program is a monthly subscription of $299/month. I ask that you commit to 12 weeks of the program in order to see progress and receive adjustments to really get the most out of the program. After that, you may cancel the program at any time if it is no longer meeting your expectations - I just ask that you give me 30 days notice of your cancelation if you decide not to continue.
