About Samson Strength & Performance PT

Samson Strength & Performance PT is an outpatient physical therapy private practice specializing in athletes and active adults.

We are passionate about providing an exceptional physical therapy experience built around listening, connecting, and developing relationships that last. We combine hands-on treatment with individualized exercise and strength training to help our clients recover, perform, and stay active for years to come.

We're not a traditional medical office, and this isn't a traditional front desk position.

The person in this role will be an important part of the Samson experience. You will be involved in everything from the first phone call a potential client makes, to the way an existing client is greeted when they walk through the door, to the way Samson shows up in the local fitness community.

This role is part client experience, part marketing, part community outreach, and part keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Our Values

At Samson, our values aren't just words on a wall. They guide how we treat our clients, our teammates, and our community, and they are a big part of what makes someone successful here.

Client Experience First

Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. We want every person who interacts with Samson to feel welcomed, listened to, valued, and cared for.

What this looks like: You think about how your actions affect the client experience, whether you're answering the phone, responding to an email, creating a social media post, or helping someone navigate their first visit.

Extreme Ownership

We take responsibility for our work and our outcomes. When something doesn't go as planned, we don't look for someone to blame. We look for a solution.

What this looks like: You notice a problem and work to solve it. You follow through. You ask questions when you need help. If you make a mistake, you own it, fix it, and learn from it.

Fostering Growth

We believe that good enough isn't the finish line. We want our team members to continually learn, develop new skills, and become better at what they do.

What this looks like: You're curious, open to feedback, willing to try new things, and excited to take on new responsibilities as you grow.

Company Wellness

We believe a healthy company starts with healthy people. We want Samson to be a place where people can do great work without sacrificing their well-being.

What this looks like: You take care of yourself, respect the well-being of your teammates, communicate openly, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Be the Friendliest Person in the Room

We want Samson to be known for being the friendliest physical therapy practice around.

What this looks like: You smile. You remember people's names. You listen. You make people feel comfortable. You treat clients, coworkers, referral partners, and community members with genuine kindness and respect.

What You'll Do:

Create an Exceptional Client Experience

• Welcome clients warmly and help create a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to prospective client inquiries.

• Help potential clients understand Samson's services and guide them through the process of becoming a client.

• Coordinate new client scheduling and assist with billing and administrative tasks.

• Communicate with current and prospective clients through phone, email, and other platforms.

• Follow up with clients when appropriate and help maintain strong client relationships.

• Encourage and facilitate client feedback and online reviews.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient health information.

Help Grow Samson Through Marketing

• Create, edit, and schedule engaging social media content.

• Repurpose photos, videos, educational content, and other material into social media posts and Reels.

• Help develop newsletters and email marketing campaigns.

• Assist with creating flyers, promotional materials, and other marketing materials.

• Scout local marketing opportunities and potential community partnerships.

• Build relationships with local gyms, coaches, fitness professionals, and other businesses.

• Help identify opportunities for Samson to participate in local events and the fitness community.

• Assist with workshops, seminars, and other special events throughout the year.

• Bring new marketing ideas to the table rather than waiting to be told what to post.

Keep Samson Running Smoothly

• Order supplies and maintain inventory.

• Help keep the clinic organized, clean, and welcoming.

• Assist with administrative and organizational projects.

• Identify processes that could be improved and help implement solutions.

• Provide occasional support for weekend seminars, events, or other special projects.

What Success Looks Like:

We aren't looking for someone who simply waits for a list of tasks.

We want someone who notices what needs to be done and takes ownership.

You will be successful in this position if you:

• Make clients feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and remembered.

• Communicate confidently and professionally with prospective clients.

• Keep up with follow-ups and administrative details without needing constant reminders.

• Consistently produce engaging social media content.

• Bring new ideas for marketing, community outreach, and client experience.

• Develop genuine relationships with local gyms, coaches, and community partners.

• Help create memorable events and experiences for our clients and community.

• Notice problems and take initiative to solve them.

• Are comfortable asking questions and learning new things.

• Contribute to a positive, friendly, and supportive team environment.

• Treat every interaction as an opportunity to represent Samson well.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Are...

• Friendly and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

• Extremely detail-oriented.

• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

• A strong verbal and written communicator.

• Comfortable talking to prospective clients and answering questions.

• Creative and interested in social media and content creation.

• Comfortable using a smartphone to create photos and videos.

• Proactive. You notice opportunities instead of waiting for someone to point them out.

• Curious and willing to learn.

• Interested in health, fitness, wellness, or the local fitness community.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:

• Canva

• Instagram Reels or short-form video

• Social media management

• Email marketing

• Event planning

• Customer service

• Fitness, strength training, or wellness businesses
