Pregnancy to Postpartum Pelvic Floor Package with Integrated Birth Doula Support

Feel Confident, Prepared, and Supported From Pregnancy Through Postpartum

Pregnancy and birth are transformative physically, emotionally, and mentally.

The Bump to Birth package is designed to give you comprehensive, proactive support every step of the way.

Through a combination of pelvic floor physical therapy, education, and integrated birth preparation techniques, you’ll gain the support, tools, and confidence to approach birth feeling prepared and empowered.

You won’t just “hope for the best.”

You’ll have a plan, a team, and the tools to support your body and your voice.

This package is thoughtfully designed for:

  • Pregnant women who want comprehensive, proactive birth preparation

  • Anyone experiencing (or wanting to prevent) pelvic floor symptoms during pregnancy

  • First-time parents seeking education and confidence before labor

  • Returning parents who want a more supported, intentional birth and recovery experience

  • Women who value both physical preparation and emotional support before and after birth

If you want more than the standard prenatal experience, this is for you!

Sessions are intentionally scheduled between your routine prenatal appointments so you have consistent support every two weeks.

This structure helps bridge the gaps in standard prenatal care, giving you regular time with a provider to ask questions, address symptoms early, and gain clarity on your next steps instead of waiting a full month between visits.

With Bump to Birth, you will:

  • Reduce pregnancy-related pelvic floor symptoms

  • Prepare your body for pushing and labor through our push prep session

  • Learn effective labor positions and comfort strategies

  • Feel educated and confident in your birth preferences

  • Recover intentionally and safely postpartum

  • Advocate for yourself throughout pregnancy, birth, and recovery

  • Build trust in your body’s ability to birth and heal

Your prenatal care includes:

  • Customized exercise programming and symptom relief tailored to your pregnancy and pelvic floor needs

  • Push Prep and Birth Success session to learn effective pushing techniques while keeping your pelvic floor coordinated and supported

  • Education on labor and birth positions designed specifically for your body and comfort

  • Targeted symptom management using hands-on techniques, including dry needling when appropriate, to address discomfort throughout pregnancy

  • Practical comfort strategies such as yoga ball exercises, positioning, counter pressure, water therapy, and more

BUT Birth is not the finish line!

Recovery matters.

Your postpartum care includes:

  • 5-6 pelvic floor physical therapy rehabilitation sessions (for core, pelvic floor, back, and overall physical recovery and healing)

  • Programming customized to your birth outcome, recovery needs, and long-term goals

This ensures you’re not left navigating healing alone.

  • "Prenatal pelvic PT truly kept my pain during pregnancy to a minimum..."

“Prenatal pelvic PT truly kept my pain during pregnancy to a minimum and gave me a better awareness of my body and how to modify exercises as things changed. When I developed tailbone and later pubic symphysis pain, Dr. Isabella was a lifesaver. Being established in care meant I could be seen quickly, given techniques, get relief from dry needling, and be fitted for an SI joint belt ASAP. Starting pelvic PT early allowed me to really learn diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic floor relaxation, which became muscle memory during labor. When I gave birth on hands and knees, I vividly remember relaxing my pelvic floor, and unlike my first delivery, I had no tearing, even with a fast birth and a nuchal hand. Postpartum pelvic PT was pivotal in my recovery, allowing me to start diaphragmatic breathing within hours of birth, address pain quickly, and feel supported both physically and mentally as I returned to activity with my toddler. Pelvic PT was the most important preparation I did for pregnancy and recovery, and I only wish I had this level of support with my first baby.” - Melissa M.

  • "She was an integral part of my pregnancy and postpartum journey..."

"I started seeing Dr. Isabella at the very beginning of my pregnancy, and she was an integral part of my pregnancy and postpartum journey. She helped me navigate SI and pubic symphysis pain so effectively that I was able to complete a half marathon at 16 weeks pregnant! Her focus on core strength throughout my pregnancy significantly reduced the impact of diastasis recti, giving me a much stronger starting point for recovery postpartum. She assessed my core and pelvic floor postpartum to see where I needed to focus my attention on restrengthening. She helped me build back my glutes and core, including a structured return to run plan. Beyond being an awesome PT, what truly sets Isabella apart is how much she cares about you holistically. I was able to bring my baby to appointments and Isabella would hold her or even include her in my workout, which made it possible for me to actually show up for myself without worrying about childcare. She is a true partner in the birthing and recovery process!"  -Savannah L.

  • "She truly brought me back to life postpartum."

“Dr. Isabella at Samson is incredible! She truly brought me back to life postpartum. Her care is attentive, professional, and full of compassion. She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend her more highly—if you’re looking for pelvic floor physical therapy, she’s the absolute best!” -Krissty L.
