Fix Your Running Mechanics is a one-hour seminar, led by Dr. Brooke Shivers of Samson Strength and Performance Physical Therapy, focusing on exercises you can perform to improve your efficiency throughout each phase of the running gait cycle. During this workshop, we will discuss the different types of footstrike and which one may best suit your running style, how your step-rate can impact your joint health, and how you can make small changes to your running form to boost your efficiency and longevity
