Join Samson Strength & Performance PT as Dr. Delilah Beall teams up with Christina Richards to bring you Olympic Lifting Mobility & Technique. This 3 hour workshop is for beginner, intermediate and advanced weightlifters looking to improve their lifting form. You will go through a few key mobility pieces with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and then proceed to detailed lifting instruction with a National level weightlifter. The Snatch and Clean and Jerk will be covered in this workshop. Members and non-members are welcome!
