Back Health 101 is a one-hour, interactive workshop where CrossFitters can learn how to improve their lifts, reduce risk for injuries, and get past any current back issues.
We will go over:
Basic mechanics for lifting and bracing how to tell if you are setting up correctly.
Why do most lifters injure their backs? And what do you need MOST to have a healthy back?
Interactive assessments and exercises you can implement before your next class.
