Overhead Squat Overhaul is a one-hour seminar, led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, teaching you how to build a better base for your overhead squats and get more comfortable with positioning so you can grow stronger and PR your lifts! This evidence-based seminar will introduce you to new exercises and drills to specifically improve your performance of the overhead squat and squat snatch. We will go over a few tests to see where your weaknesses lie to better understand how to improve your performance. Members and non-members are welcome!
