GET YOUR CLIMB – 6 WEEK CHALLENGE

Get Your Climb – 6 Week challenge is a 6 week long program designed specifically for beginners looking to get their first climb on the pole. The program will start with a one hour kick off, in which we will go over specific strength needed to climb and practice movements you will see in the 6 week programming. You will then receive templated programming via the TrueCoach App which you will complete 3 times per week for the following 6 weeks leading to YOUR FIRST CLIMB!
