Fix Your Front Rack is a one-hour, interactive workshop where CrossFitters can learn how to fix their front rack, improve their lifts, and reduce risk for injuries.
We will go over:
Basic mechanics for the front rack position and testing to see what components you lack.
Why most lifters lack mobility for the front rack? And what do you need MOST to improve your performance?
Interactive assessments and exercises you can implement before your next class.
